The retinal Screen Saver is a screen saver for your eyes, so just make a choice of what you want for you screen saver, close your eyes, take and few deep breaths and wait, and there is you screen saver, if the phone rings or your boss comes into the room just blink your eyes and the screen saver is gone.

If you get bored of starring into the distance, you can just close your eyes, and watch the screen saver of your choice, as soon as the phone rings or your boss walks into the room you just blink your eyes and the screen saver turns off.
